CoachingAll of La Posada's staff and partners are trained coaches. Our heart is to help you live in to your God-given potential and grow in your purpose and service. We have coaches that specialize in transition coaching, leadership coaching, personality and unique design, partnership development, sabbatical coaching, burnout recovery, etc.
We offer coaching sessions as an additional service for our guests, retreat participants, debriefs, etc. We also offer on-going coaching for global workers while they are in their place of service. We meet most clients via Zoom, always keeping your safety and security in mind. Contact us for more information on coaching and let us tailor a coaching package to your needs. |

TrainingAt La Posada, we believe that training should be active, relevant, and FUN! We offer training, conferences, and workshops to fit your needs (both in-person and virtually). We have several staff trainers and facilitators who specialize in training global workers and teams.
We can host your training in Spain, send a traveling trainer to your site or team, or we have trainers who specialize in facilitating online training and virtual workshops. What are your training needs? We can help. (see left for examples of our training opportunities) | ||||||
Burnout RecoveryWe have a special heart for global workers suffering from Burnout. So much so, that our Director specializes in working to help people recover and find new ways forward.
La Posada also has workshops designed to help workers and organizations be proactive and bring awareness to signs and symptoms of burnout.

DebriefWe offer tailored debriefs to fit your specific needs. We have staff trained for personal and group debriefs, single-day options as well as multi-day options. Others specialize in critical incident debrief and transition debrief. Let us help design a debrief experience specific to you.
