La Posada literally means “a place to stop” in Spanish. It comes from the Latin word pausare (to pause). We all need a place to stop, a time to pause, to slow down, to rest. That’s exactly why the La Posada ministry exists.
La Posada Training and Care is a place for global workers (cross-cultural workers, pastors, humanitarian aid workers, etc.) to rest, to restore, to recalibrate. A place to learn and develop and grow.
